Catra's the next most likely after her, but I'm putting her a level below because I don't think she'd bother with the Equivalent Exchange messages like that, including Madoka's from the first week. That was unlikely to be Hector's work, since he outed himself with an offer to heal her—possibly a calculated move, but too risky if that were the case. It'd be easier to believe he did it more out of altruism than to hide his own crime.
There's also the fact of the matter that just about every theory Luna came up with in regards to Fortune's death was wrong, whereas she fared better with the other kills. She was also one of the people who approached Ambition and talked about Fortune's killer to her.
Next is her general attitude. I wouldn't form any definite conclusions based off that alone, since people are more than what they seem, but it wouldn't exactly shock you to learn she might've been a Ruin follower or carved those messages, right?

The thing with Madopyon for one - I'd agree with you that she probably wasn't cursed. I think she was just making a stir and trying to disrupt things, for whatever reason. There's no way to know for sure why, but she didn't even apologize to Madopyon after, unlike Estelle-chan who felt really bad about it. Even if she was cursed, she could at least be decent enough to say sorry.
And I was irritated with how she spoke to Taka too - enough that I wanted to pick a fight. She could cast shade on his truth all she wanted, but was still being pretty useless in terms of actually uncovering other things. I don't like the feeling that I got.
In general, she's hard to actually talk to - and that's pretty rare for me. I get along with Connor-san fine, so it's not that I'm bad with robots or anything.
